1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account or using the Tendpaw app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and the App Privacy Policy at tendpaw.com/en/app-privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 and legally able to accept these Terms. If you use Tendpaw for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, maintain access to your email or sign-in provider, and never share OTP codes or session credentials.
Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Service scope
Tendpaw provides pet profiles, health logs, reminders, preliminary AI screening, clinic search, booking requests, data export, and related tools.
Features may vary by platform, location, configuration, or release stage. Trial credits are App usage units only, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.
4. AI and health information
All AI results, warnings, articles, and suggestions are preliminary reference information. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment advice, or health-outcome guarantee.
Use reasonable judgment and contact a qualified veterinarian for symptoms, persistent conditions, or emergencies. Do not delay care because of an App result.
5. Clinics and bookings
Clinic details, distance, and travel time can change. Confirm the address, opening hours, services, and availability directly, especially in an emergency.
A booking request through Tendpaw is not confirmed until accepted by the clinic. Clinics are independent and are responsible for their professional services.
6. Your content
You retain rights in photos, notes, and content you enter. You give Tendpaw a limited permission to store, process, back up, display, and transmit that content only to provide, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you can provide the content and that it does not violate privacy, intellectual-property rights, or law. Do not upload malware, fraud, unlawful content, or another person's data without an appropriate basis.
7. Acceptable use
You may not disrupt or unlawfully probe systems; bypass limits; scrape data; impersonate others; resell the service; use Tendpaw to cause harm; or present AI output as a professional diagnosis for another person.
We may reasonably limit or suspend access to protect users, systems, providers, or legal compliance.
8. Third-party services
The App depends on services from Google, Apple, Firebase, DeepSeek, Mapbox, and infrastructure providers. Their own terms may apply to the parts they provide.
Links, data, or services from clinics and other third parties do not mean Tendpaw guarantees or accepts responsibility for all of their activities.
9. Account deletion and termination
You can delete your account in the App. Deletion anonymizes or removes data under the Privacy Policy, revokes sessions, and cannot be undone.
We may terminate or limit an account for a serious Terms violation, safety/security risk, or legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the reason and how to contact support.
10. Tendpaw ownership
The App, Tendpaw brand, interface, source code, Tendpaw-created content, and related assets belong to Tendpaw or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
You may send feedback. If you do, you allow us to use it to improve the product without disclosing personal data contrary to the Privacy Policy.
11. Availability and liability limits
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every need. We may maintain, fix, or change features.
To the extent permitted by law, Tendpaw is not responsible for veterinary decisions based only on preliminary App content, professional services from independent clinics, or indirect losses arising from inability to access the service. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law and updates
These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a competent authority under applicable law.
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. The latest version is posted at tendpaw.com/en/app-terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update unless law requires another form of consent.
